The river music
The River of Life Church are part of our extended whanau/family - Mike Kettle and THE RIVER crew join us on occasion to lead worship in their own unique, vibrant way, always including their own original songs and sounds. Strahan
Hailing from the big smoke, our friend Strahan Coleman is a "Folk Psalmist", a talented singer-songwriter and purveyor of hope. His music is raw and earnest - theology and poetry set to song in the most natural of expressions. Strahan's second album, Out of Exile, is now available on iTunes and Spotify - it's a great listen.
"Like the old psalmist, he reaches to nature to find the face of the divine, wrestling with truth as insistently as the tide claiming the shore. Like the old folk man, he stares through a dim glass and sees a broken world caught in that age old tension. Hallelujahs. Laments. Death. Life. All is beauty."

Edge Kingsland is one of our sister churches through our network, LinkNZ. In the heart of Auckland, they're a creative bunch and have produced some incredible music. You'll often hear an Edge song or two in our time of worship on Sundays. We love their music, and we think you will too.
